GOLDWIN’s Role as an Official Supplier of the Miura Everest 2013 Project
GOLDWIN Inc. (HQ: Shibuya, Tokyo/President: Akio Nishida/First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange: 8111) was an official supplier of the Miura Everest 2013 Project and provided The North Face wear and gear for the team of Yuichiro Miura, who recently accomplished an unprecedented feat of conquering the world’s highest mountain (8,848 m) at the age of 80.
GOLDWIN supplied over 200 items for Yuichiro Miura, Gota Miura, and other expedition members and local support staff at the Base Camp. The company was an official supplier of Miura’s past expeditions in 2003 and 2008.
